You'll learn how to: • Write a bio that connects with consumers and builds credibility • Highlight the expertise, specialties, and local market knowledge AI platforms look for • Use an AI prompt framework to create and refine an AI-optimized bio • Leave with a completed bio ready to use across your website, social media profiles, and marketing channels This class will be taught by Lisa Suazo, her bio includes the following: Lisa Suazo is the Digital Marketing Director for Heritage Title Company and a nationally recognized marketing strategist, speaker, and educator specializing in the real estate industry. With more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and business development, she helps real estate professionals leverage technology, AI, and modern marketing strategies to grow their businesses and strengthen their brands. Before joining Heritage Title Company, Lisa held national sales and training roles with ListHub, a pioneer in real estate listing syndication, and later served as a Multimedia Content Manager for Realtor.com, giving her a unique perspective on how property marketing, online search, and consumer behavior have evolved. She has also contributed industry insights as an Inman News contributor. Today, Lisa partners with top-producing agents, builders, lenders, and brokerages across Colorado, providing practical education on AI, digital marketing, online reputation, and business growth. Known for her engaging and approachable teaching style, she is passionate about helping real estate professionals simplify technology, stay ahead of industry trends, and turn marketing ideas into measurable results.
