New Member Payment Plan Application

Instructions

New members applying in November are required to pay: Prorated CAR Dues ($32.50), Prorated NAR Dues ($71.00), the membership application fee ($100.00), the orientation and class fee ($60.00), the payment plan fee ($50.00), and the 2025–2026 Annual dues ($615.08).

  • First payment due at the time of join date - $263.50 ($103.50 prorated dues, application fee, & class fee)
  • Second payment due on 12.1.25 - $269.08 (DMAR dues and payment plan fee)
  • Third payment due on 1.2.26 - $201 (NAR dues)
  • Fourth payment due 2.2.26 - $195 (CAR dues)

Transferring members applying in November who have already paid their 2025 State and National dues are required to pay: the 2025–2026 Annual dues ($635.00) and the payment plan fee ($50.00).

  • First payment due on 12.1.25 - $289 (DMAR dues & $50 Payment Plan Fee)
  • Second payment due on 1.2.26 - $201 (NAR dues)
  • Third payment due 2.2.26 - $195 (CAR dues)

Declined payments will receive a $25 service fee and membership status will be inactive due to non payment.

The payment plan will no longer be available after November 30, 2025.
