New Member Payment Plan Application

Instructions

New members applying in December are required to pay: Prorated CAR Dues ($16.25), Prorated NAR Dues ($58.00), the membership application fee ($100.00), the orientation and class fee ($60.00), the payment plan fee ($50.00), and the 2025–2026 Annual dues ($595.17).

  • First payment due at the time of join date - $333.42 ($74.25 prorated dues, $199.17 DMAR dues & class fee)
  • Second payment due on 1.2.26 - $301 (NAR dues and application fee)
  • Third payment due on 2.2.26 - $245.00 (CAR dues and payment plan fee)

Transferring members applying in December who have already paid their 2025 State and National dues are required to pay: the 2025–2026 Annual dues ($635.00) and the payment plan fee ($50.00).

  • First payment due on submission date - $289 (DMAR dues & $50 Payment Plan Fee)
  • Second payment due on 1.2.26 - $201 (NAR dues)
  • Third payment due 2.2.26 - $195 (CAR dues)

Declined payments will receive a $25 service fee and membership status will be inactive due to non payment.

The payment plan will no longer be available after December 19, 2025.
