REALTOR^® Membership Application

Interested in a payment plan? Options are available if you'd prefer to pay your dues in installments. Please apply using the New Member Payment Plan application.

REALTOR® Applicant

Holds primary membership with the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®.

Transferring REALTORS® must provide a letter of good standing from their current REALTOR® Association.

Designated REALTOR® Applicant

Responsible Broker for Office and Agents in Colorado.

Designated REALTOR® Secondary

Responsible Broker joining DMAR as a secondary member grants access to REALTORS® holding primary DMAR membership.

Designated REALTOR® Secondary Local Applicant

Responsible Broker for the office holds primary membership in a REALTOR® Association in Colorado.

Designated REALTOR® Secondary Out of State Applicant

Responsible Broker for the office holds primary membership with a REALTOR® Association outside of Colorado.

Designated REALTOR® Secondary State Fee Only Applicant

Responsible Broker for the office holds primary REALTOR® membership with a different REALTOR® Association, and would like state association benefits.

REALTOR® Secondary Local Applicant

Holds primary REALTOR® membership with another REALTOR® Association in Colorado.

Transferring REALTORS® must provide a letter of good standing from their current REALTOR® Association.

REALTOR® Secondary Out of State Applicant

Holds primary REALTOR® membership in another REALTOR® Association outside of Colorado.
