Dan has been a mortgage lender since 2003.  He prides himself on meeting a client where they are and bringing them to a level of understanding that allows them to know the right strategy and loan product for them.  He has a knack for making the complex concepts easy to understand, goes above and beyond in communication, and ensures everything is completed down to the last detail.  His clients often say they felt at ease, knew what was coming every step of the way, well informed of their options, and given clear direction from Dan.  

He does Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, USDA, Non QM, and, DPA programs.  In addition he explores all alternative loan options and knows the guidelines inside/out so is great at identifying what might work best for a given situation.  He has a stellar record of keeping transactions ahead of schedule and keeping clients moving through the process in a timely fashion.

In his free time he loves spending time with his two kids and taking them on outdoor adventures; snowboarding, hiking, white water rafting; if he isn't working he is playing outside.
