Tim Siebenthal has nearly three decades of mortgage experience and comes from a family deeply rooted in real estate. Known for exceptional communication, responsiveness, and fast, accurate answers, Tim takes time to understand each client’s goals and find the right financing solution. Whether helping clients buy a first or dream home or refinance, he is committed to making the process comfortable and successful. Tim has been recognized as Affiliate of the Year and Most Outstanding Affiliate by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and served three terms as Chair of the Affiliate Council. Outside work, Tim enjoys sports, travel, and family time with his wife, Carol, and children Trent and Chanel.
