Description

Many Brokers are not aware of the discrimination that exists in housing/ real estate. This class looks at discrimination in the past and present as well as ways for the licensee to avoid unintended situations. The new Fair Housing Cycle beings January 1, 2025. The deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2027.
