This course is designed to educate brokers on all aspects of historic homes, including common architectural styles in Denver, historic designations, additions and permits, research and archives, crafting a compelling description for a listing, and understanding the resources available for buyers in Denver. With engaging speakers covering practical topics, this course will increase a broker's understanding of the complexities of selling historic homes.
