In the summer of 2002, I listed my neighbor's house across the street. I also represented the young couple who purchased the home and became my new neighbors a few weeks later. It was my first sale as a Real Estate Broker 24 years ago.

Over the years, I've closed 238 transactions representing buyers & sellers in Washington State, Utah, Texas and now Colorado. Residential real estate has always been a passion of mine. 

We relocated to Colorado from Austin, Texas in the spring of 2019. After looking at dozens of houses along the Front Range, we finally found an older home in the Sugar Mill Farms neighborhood of Longmont.

What do I like best about Longmont? I love all the great craft breweries in town,  a few of the smaller restaurants,  and the miles & miles of scenic bike trails. It's a nice town to call home. 

I have a small family and we're the happiest when we're outdoors. We hike, bike, ski & snowboard, and go camping sometimes. Life is good... I started Mountain View Real Estate Company to have the freedom of running my own business as an Independent Broker.
