In the summer of 2002, I listed my neighbor's house across the street. I also represented the young couple who purchased the home and became my new neighbors. It was my first sale as a Real Estate Broker 24 years ago.

Over the years, I've closed 241 transactions representing buyers & sellers in Washington State, Utah, Texas and now Colorado. Residential real estate has always been a passion of mine. 

We relocated to Colorado from Austin, Texas in the spring of 2019. We've made Fort Collins our new home. I love all the great craft breweries in town,  a few of the smaller restaurants,  and the miles & miles of scenic bike trails. It's a nice being close to the foothills and it's a great place to call home. 

I have a small family and we're the happiest when we're outdoors. We hike, bike, ski & snowboard, and go camping sometimes. Life is good... I started Mountain View Real Estate Company to have the freedom of running my own business as an Independent Broker.
