Jim founded Golden Real Estate in July 2007 (which makes it the same age as the iPhone).  In July 2025, he sold its assets to a group of Century 21 owners from Grand Junction. He remains as Employing Broker until July 2026 under the brokerage's new name, CENTURY 21 Golden Real Estate.
