Brooke Weathers is a Compass Associate Broker and Certified Negotiation Expert® with a rare combination of real estate, construction, and sustainable building experience. She and her partner, Brian MacDonald, lead the MacDonald-Weathers Team — a Top Producing Team in Colorado, ranking within the top 20% statewide and serving Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Erie, Longmont, and surrounding Boulder County communities.

Brooke’s background spans property development, fix-and-flip renovation, high-performance construction, and energy-efficient design. After relocating to Boulder in 2006, her interest in sustainable building deepened through her work as a Contractor Liaison and later through rebuilding her home to German PassivHaus standards after the Four Mile Fire.

Today, she draws on this depth of knowledge to help sellers prepare their homes for maximum value and to help buyers evaluate renovation potential and long-term performance. Brooke is a consistent recipient of the International President’s Circle Award for Excellence (2016–present), reflecting her client-first approach and her ability to consistently achieve standout outcomes in competitive markets.
