I now have access to Hard Money, Commercial and non-warrantable condo financing. 

I am Reverse Mortgage Certified and can walk you through the complexities of this great retirement tool. It is not always the right solution for everyone, but for some it is the PERFECT solution for retirement and aging in place comfortably.
