We have all the standard products (Conventional direct to Fannie and Freddie, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Construction Loans, lots of wholesale and correspondent investor options, bank statement loans, DSCR, no ratio, etc), but where we really stand out is with our Portfolio loan products, which come in super handy on deals that don't fit 'the box' perfectly, but make sense.
