Since 1972, Rich Workman has been using his real estate knowledge to assist both real estate agents and individuals in related real estate professions to create strategies that help maximize results for themselves and their clients. In 2007, he created Pinnacle Marketing & Design, the leading marketing company for Realtors® and Affiliate/Industry Partners in Metro Denver. Pinnacle creates customized marketing strategies. Because of Pinnacle’s past successes, it has the ability and the resources to meet clients’ needs… both on time and on budget. Rich Workman, Pinnacle’s President, is a member of SMDRA and DMAR. He is a past director of DMAR, Chair of the DMAR Industry Partner Leadership Committee and both the DMAR Affiliate and the DMAR Industry Partner of the Year. He was also the Industry Partner Chair for AAR and the AAR Industry Partner of the Year.
