1031 Exchange Overview & Alternative Replacement Properties

Description

 This course provides an overview of IRC Section 1031, covering the basic functions and rules to follow in order to successfully defer taxes that would otherwise be paid with the sale of real estate. Building on this information, we will look at how a 1031 exchange may invest in lesser-known passive investment options that qualify as “like-kind” in a 1031 exchange transaction.
