NAR Code of Ethics & Fair Housing

Description

Starting on January 1, 2025 Realtors will be required to take both ethics and fair housing once in each three year cycle. This course will meet both NAR requirements.

This course will cover 2.5 hours of ethics training followed by 2 hours of fair housing training. The new Fair Housing and Ethics Cycle 8 begins January 1, 2025. The deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2027.
