About
Your guide at every step
I handle real estate across the Denver metro area, from $220K condos up to $2.2M+ single-family homes. While I cover the whole north-south corridor, I focus heavily on central Denver—specifically 80210, 80209, 80206, and 80218.
My approach is simple: I provide my professional opinions, guide you through the process, and work with you to identify your values that drive your decisions. If we work together, it's because it's a good fit. Real estate can be a bumpy road, and I've found it goes a lot smoother when we can laugh at the absurdities and give each other a little grace. But while I look for clients who don't take themselves too seriously, I absolutely protect the business side of things. Buying or selling a home is often one of the largest financial investments of a lifetime, and I never lose sight of the weight of that decision. If you expect perfection from a chaotic market, I'm probably not the right broker for you—but if you want someone who will look out for your equity while keeping the process grounded, we'll get along great.
Two specific Denver areas I have a special affinity for are Ogden St and Cory-Merrill. I've worked with several clients who've bought homes and sold homes on that specific street and in that specific neighborhood.
A significant part of my focus is also supporting women going through one of the hardest transitions in life: divorce. Having been through it myself, I know what it feels like when the literal and figurative foundation of 'home' is completely rocked. Whether you need to figure out a temporary rental to find your footing or transition into a permanent new space, I am here to help you steady the ship without any judgment or pressure.
If you want a candid opinion, a steady guide, and someone who respects your bottom line as much as they appreciate a shared laugh when things get chaotic, let's talk.
