Born on the 4th of July, Carra Riley has always approached life — and business — with a bang! A true firecracker in the world of real estate, Carra brings over 40 years of hands-on experience helping clients navigate every type of market: the good, the bad, and yes… the downright ugly.
🏡 A Realtor Emeritus with a Lifetime of Insight
Carra is a Realtor Emeritus, a rare designation earned through decades of exceptional service. Her journey began in 1980, where she was named “Rookie of the Year” by both Moore and Company and the North Metro Denver Realtor Association.
By 2000, her hard work and dedication were honored again — this time with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the same Board. Over the years, Carra didn’t just sell homes — she educated agents across the country. She taught GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) classes for the Colorado Association of Realtors, and was approved to teach courses for both the Arizona Association of Realtors and the prestigious CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) program for the National Association of Realtors.

Together with her husband, Carra has lived and worked in Colorado, Arizona, and Hawaii, operating real estate offices in each. They’ve also owned second homes and experienced the snowbird lifestyle — spending seasons in Maui and Arizona — before settling in a vibrant 55+ Active Adult community.
Having moved under many different circumstances, Carra understands every step — and misstep — in the transition process. Her personal and professional experience is, quite simply, priceless.
