Whether in the Eastern plains, the Western Slope, the Denver Metro area, Fort Collins, or Southern Colorado, she is devoted to championing her clients' needs while delivering exceptional service wherever it's required.

Rich Family Heritage and Professional Experience

Jen's roots lie in the Roaring Fork Valley, where she was immersed in her family’s real estate development, construction, and sales business from an early age. This experience laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors. She later worked for a development firm, playing a crucial role in obtaining necessary subdivision and zoning approvals through collaboration with local government bodies. Eventually, she became a Broker/Owner and Sales Manager for her own brokerage, specializing in new home sales within the community. Notably, she became Fremont County, Colorado’s first licensed female General Contractor, marking a significant milestone in her career.

Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned sellers, or savvy investors, Jen stands ready to represent her clients with an unwavering ethical compass. As a co-owner of the Johnson Group, she collaborates with her husband, Randy, serving as Real Estate Advisors for Engel & Voelkers Gestalt Group Colorado.

Outside of work, the Johnsons cherish precious moments with their six children, their spouses, and five grandchildren, all of whom reside in Colorado.
