I joined my husband and business partner, Paul Cunningham, a 22-year real estate veteran, to bring clients the best of both worlds: a fresh perspective and seasoned experience. Together, we offer a collaborative, client-centered approach to every transaction. Two agents for the price of one! 

Before real estate, I spent two decades in healthcare as a patient service provider and business owner. That experience taught me the importance of trust, deep listening, asking the right questions, and helping people navigate complex or unfamiliar situations with calm and clarity. I bring that same approach to real estate, along with a commitment to honesty and attention to detail.

Originally from Indianapolis, I’ve lived in Denver for more than 25 years and have called City Park West home for nearly two decades. Denver isn’t just where I work—it’s where I’ve built my life and developed a genuine love for the communities I serve.

Outside of real estate, I love cooking, entertaining, spending time with our adult daughter, walking our pug, and soaking up Colorado’s natural beauty.
