I have a diverse background which includes Real Estate, Property Management, investing, teaching and being an entrepreneur. I have been selling and buying houses since 1997 and managed a portfolio of investment properties for close to 30 years now. I started Denver Real Estate Moguls in 2008, specializing in home sales and property management, the one stop shop for the investor. We are a residential investment resource company. 
I received my B.S. in business in Finance with an economics minor. I have extensively studied Spanish for years including 8 months at the University of Granada in Granada, Spain where I became bilingual. I studied martial arts under 9th degree black belt Grand Master Sun Duk Choi for over 10 years and taught underneath him for 6 years. During the years of being a student and a teacher I have developed an indomitable spirit and ability to persevere. I currently teach for 8th degree Master Yoon and have been in martial arts now for over 25 years. I am a certified instructor and 4th degree black belt, registered with Kukkiwon the World Taekwondo governing organization. 

Specialties: I own a portfolio of personal rental properties and not only does Denver Real Estate Moguls sell homes we manage close to 200 properties. I work with many investors analyzing properties for fix & flip, rent & hold, purchase and listing strategies. We work with investors in many different aspects; sales, capitalization rates, cost estimates, comparable market analysis, investment consulting, design/remodel, and property management. 

Known for my professionalism, dedication to customer service, organizational skills, and my ability to get things done, I keep my clients informed with each and every aspect of their transaction. Together with strong negotiating experience, a background in Finance & Marketing and an ability to really listen is why my clients are repeat clients or referrals.
