Steve Danyliw, PSA brings over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, serving as Supervising Broker, and Partner with Danyliw & Associates LLC, a firm based in Littleton, Colorado. As a dedicated full-time REALTOR®, Steve has also established himself as a skilled real estate photographer and videographer, continually harnessing technology to deliver optimal outcomes for his clients.

Steve has a track record of leadership and service in the real estate community, having co-founded a national real estate franchise in 2005 and been elected to multiple terms on the Board of Directors for the Denver Metro and Jefferson County Association of REALTORS®. After serving 17 years on the REColorado Rules & Regulations Committee (MLS) Steve was selected to the new MLS Policy Review Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® from 2008 to 2011. Steve receiving the Distinguished Service Award from both the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® and the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS®. In 2018, Steve was honored to be named REALTOR® of the Year by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®.

Steve has a passion for studying housing numbers and trends. In 2014, Steve co-founded the creation of the REALTOR® association's inaugural Market Trends Report and serves as Member and Chair of the committee, a role he continues to hold today. Along with providing insights to the media, Steve maintains a market trends blog as a valuable resource to his clients. 

Prior to his real estate career, Steve enjoyed success in the design, engineering, and management of structural components for residential and commercial construction. In addition, he coached football and wrestling at Columbine and Regis High Schools.
