Tate Sanchez is a third generation Colorado native.  Tate is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, and served his community as a police officer in the Denver Metro area for 22 years prior to retiring.  Tate is certified through the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).  Tate has been an active real estate broker in Colorado for 25 years and specializes in residential, investment, and acreage property sales.  Tate has been Broker/Owner of Metro Brokers Colorado Property Finders, LLC for 23 years and a member of the Colorado and the National Associations of Realtors for 23 years.  Tate is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  When not selling real estate Tate enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years and his daughter, boating, water skiing, snow skiing, playing racquetball and working out at the gym.
